Laser Resource Auditing and Analysis

Laser Resource, Inc. Audit & Analysis Forms are available for Medical Laser Safety Officers to perform laser audits to conform with provisions of the ANSI-Z-136.1 Standard to be used for lasers in your research department, and the ANSI-Z-136.3 Standard for Safe Use of Lasers in Health Care Facilities. Completed forms are submitted to Laser Resource, Inc. for review and analysis. 

A comprehensive report is provided to the client. We also can provide a site visit by one of our representatives.
